You must ensure your child/children when using the equipment are supervised at ALL times by a responsible person over the age of 18, preferably the person who has made the booking.

Wellness at Greenacres CIC- Sensory Snug does not supervise a party/event or booking. We and our staff accept no liability for any damage, accidents or injuries that may occur whilst the facility and its equipment is on hire.

We expect:

The soft play and all sensory equipment is to be kept in a clean, dry condition. Any spillages must be cleaned and dried as soon as they happen

Shoes MUST be removed before entering the Soft Play Snug, Parents/guardians who are supervising their child/children in the Snug and walk over the padded floor tiles must remove their shoes, particularly heels. Any damage may result in the Hirer having to pay an additional fee for replacement or repair

For hygiene reasons, socks should be worn at all times whilst using the Soft Play Snug

The Hirer must ensure that all sharp objects, including but not limited to, badges, spectacles, earrings, jewellery etc. are removed prior to accessing the Soft Play Snug to ensure it remains undamaged from but not limited to, scratches, tears, dirt (of any kind), detached from its connecting item (if applicable) and in the same working condition as found. If damage does occur the Hirer will incur a repair or replacement charge to be paid immediately, unless otherwise agreed.

No face paints, pets, party poppers, confetti, coloured streamers or play string, playdoh, sand, slime to be used either on or near the Soft Play Snug – staining may occur for which the Hirer will be liable

Children must not push, collide, fight or behave in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

If Wellness at Greenacres Sensory Snug cancels the booking (excludes reasons beyond our control), full monies will be refunded.

Payment must be made in full when booking. This is non-refundable unless we agree an alternative session is booked.

Please note that all persons using our facility and all its equipment do so at their own risk. The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the Hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
